Shipping times and costs are based on the products selected and the method of shipping you choose. This cost will be calculated and presented to you at time of check out.
Standard deliveries are handled by UPS and based on state availability.
All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures can only be obtained from someone who is at least 21 years old. Delivery driver is required to ask for ID to verify age. If the delivery is refused, or cannot be delivered due to the absence of someone at least 21 years old, the shipping costs will not be rebated, and return-shipping costs will apply.

Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping the return back to VinoNow.com. If a replacement product is selected, VinoNow.com will take care of the cost in shipping it back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped via UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Please note that all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk, and the refund/exchange policy does not apply.
