Discount Policy
Single purchases of six or more bottles will qualify for a 10% discount. The discount will be applied upon checkout if applicable. Bulk purchases may qualify for additional discounts or incentives. Customers are encouraged to contact bulkorders@vinonow.com to discuss possible programs.
Out of Stock Policy
On account of our limited release inventory, please understand when ordering that our stock fluctuates throughout the day. If the product is identified as ‘Out of Stock’, we may be able to special order it for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most products ship within 4 weeks, if available.
Periodically it will happen that an item you ordered, which is NOT identified as ‘Out of Stock’, will be unavailable. If this is the case, and an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. If we are unable to contact you via either method, the order will be shipped less the ‘Out of Stock’ item. If we hear from you after all efforts have been made to be in contact, and after the remaining shipment has been sent, you will be responsible for any additional shipment and product costs.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to orders@vinonow.com, using Cancel Order in the subject line.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information (phone number) so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. If the order has been shipped, the customer will be charged the ship back fee. However, there will be no charge should the order be cancelled prior to shipping.
VinoNow Guarantee
VinoNow.com offers a 30-Day Guarantee on almost every product. Please email customer service at orders@vinonow.com with any concern or desire to be credited a purchase. In most cases, the customer will not be asked to ship the product back. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know why the credit or return was being requested.
A credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card, and will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
If a ship back is necessary, the customer will be issued a VNR code (Vino Now Return).

Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping the return back to VinoNow.com. If a replacement product is selected, VinoNow.com will take care of the cost in shipping it back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped via UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Please note that all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk, and the refund/exchange policy does not apply.
